Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer at Nox Health, you will play a key role in every stage of the product development process, from ideation to launch. You will leverage your expertise in product, interaction, and visual design to create exceptional user experiences within the Nox Health Enterprise domain. This includes conducting and leading user research to uncover insights, validate design decisions, and ensure solutions are grounded in user needs. Working as part of a small, cross-functional team, you will take a user-centered approach to design, ensuring solutions meet business goals.

  • Partner with Product Owners, Developers, and cross-functional teams to oversee the user experience from concept to release.
  • Conduct early user research through interviews, surveys, and other methods to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Champion accessibility best practices, ensuring compliance with ADA/WCAG standards.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with business requirements.
  • Present and communicate design concepts to stakeholders, building consensus and driving decision-making.
  • Test, iterate, and refine designs based on user feedback and data.
  • Contribute to and maintain the Design System library.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

  • 5+ years of UX design experience in an agile environment, with a focus on web design for SaaS Enterprise software.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing human-centered design and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro.
  • Experience with modern front-end technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS, Material Design, Angular, responsive design).
  • Ability to parse complex data and differentiate between user groups.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to guide product vision and strategy.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
