Strategy & Operations Manager

Casca is building AGI for banking. We’re replacing decades-old legacy systems with AI-native technology that automates 90% of the manual work humans once had to do. We were founded by a world-class team of banking & AI experts from Stanford, MIT, and Y Combinator. In this role, you’ll take on a wide range of strategic & operational functions, helping Casca scale through strategic projects, day-to-day operations, and financial oversight. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Projects

  • High-Impact Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership on projects that drive Casca’s growth and strategic direction.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on key objectives.

2. General Business Operations

  • Process Improvement: Design and implement scalable processes that enhance efficiency and support Casca’s rapid growth.

  • Team Enablement: Coordinate team OKRs and internal meetings, preparing slide decks and ensuring clear communication across departments.

  • AP Contract Oversight: Negotiate terms, review contracts, and handle renewals or service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Recruiting & People organization: Manage onboarding, PEO and internal initiatives to build a strong people organization. 

4. Finance Operations

  • Budget & Forecasting: Support monthly budgets, expense tracking, and financial forecasting to keep Casca on solid financial footing.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate financial reports for leadership, offering data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • Invoice & Expense Management: Oversee invoice processing, monitor cash flow, and ensure prompt, accurate payments.
