We're searching for a spirited Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our vibrant team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of engaging with new leads and showcasing the amazing benefits of our EdTech platform. As an SDR at Education Perfect, your day-to-day will involve coordinating demos and sales calls for our Business Development Managers, facilitating seamless experiences for prospective clients. You’ll get to engage with existing customers, effectively communicating our key value propositions and ensuring they see the tremendous benefits that EP offers. Keeping customer data precise and accurate in our CRM is essential since it helps us continually enhance our offerings. We think feedback is gold, and your active monitoring will contribute significantly to our improvement initiatives. Additionally, you’ll tackle inbound and outbound leads, utilizing strategies like cold calling and email outreach to create new sales opportunities. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with the Business Development Managers to drive sales growth.
