Russian Speaking Caregiver Needed

Eminence Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Russian Speaking Caregiver to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support to our clients who may require assistance with daily activities while ensuring their comfort and safety in a home environment. Your ability to communicate fluently in Russian will be crucial in building genuine relationships with our clients and their families, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized care that respects their cultural preferences. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of those you serve by offering both practical assistance and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Communicate effectively with clients and families in Russian, ensuring understanding and comfort.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities.
• Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients.
• Adapt care routines as needed to support the individual preferences and cultural backgrounds of clients.

• Fluency in Russian is required; ability to communicate effectively in English is a plus.
• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards clients.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for effective caregiving.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
