Overview

Enterprise Mobility has an immediate opening for a Car Sales Administrator at our Group Headquarters in Charlotte, NC.  This position will manage the majority of the day-to-day administrative duties for our dealership locations throughout North Carolina.  Individuals will perform many basic functions, including processing car sales, making payments, answering financial institution questions, and basic car sales accounting fundamentals. 

 

The starting pay rate for this position is $17.00/hr

 

The weekly schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, with opportunity for overtime as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

  • Handle various requests from Referral Car Sales regarding special assignment updates
  • Act as a liaison between Referral Car Sales and other Departments to ensure problem resolution
  • Process all title work involving trade-ins and retail sales
  • Support Referral Car Sales with researching trade vehicles at POS within the DMV system.
  • Deal with challenging circumstances; make sound decisions and present opinions effectively
  • Communicate changes and progress to management team
  • Identify and develop positive work relationships with internal/external customers that are built on trust and integrity
  • Process accounts payables for Referral Car Sales
  • Various Car Sales processing tasks, multiple general administrative functions, and special projects

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a High School diploma or GED
    • Some college preferred
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of administrative or accounting experience
  • Strong PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) required
  • Must have intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Prior DMV/dealership experience is preferred
  • Must be willing to accept a starting pay rate of $17.00/hr
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol convictions on record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
