Part-time employees must have at least 3 days of availability week over week, totaling 20 hours, with at least one of those days being a Saturday or Sunday. Additionally, all employees are expected to be available to work peak holiday shifts.

As a Studio Crew member, you’ll play an essential role in creating that atmosphere. You should be prepared to bring your positive energy and exceptional customer service skills to our team. Your responsibilities will range from providing high-level hospitality to our clients, assisting studio management with daily tasks, and maintaining SoulCycle’s unique aesthetic. You will also support our inspiring instructors to ensure a seamless class check-in and help train new staff members. You'll need to embody the SoulCycle culture and uphold our high standards for cleanliness and organization, ensuring that our studio remains inviting and enjoyable for all. To join our crew, you'll need to be available for 20 hours per week, including weekends and peak holiday shifts.
