Job Description

Eurofins Medical Device Services Testing is looking for a Marketing Intern based in Vimodrone, Milan - Italy.

Reporting to the Marketing Director Europe, the Marketing Intern will be part of the European marketing team, driving business performance and building brand exposure of fast-growing business units: Biopharma Product Testing, Eurofins Medical device services, and Eurofins PSS Insourcing solutions.  The role would be mainly for Medical device services.

 

Responsabilities:

Marketing Intern responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Digital marketing

  • Websites
  • Content: develop new pages and/ or manage updates
  • SEO
  • Leads generation
  • Web analytics and other KPIs
  • Internal & external coordination
  • Linkedin
  • Planning/posting/graphic creation
  • Organise Linkedin Paid campaigns and any other lead generation tool (pro-activity is needed)
  • Coordinate with local teams (Europe/ US)
  • Monitor marketing campaign progress and results to gather data to help improve performance

Non-digital marketing

  • Assist in creating and updating content on multiple platforms, including presentations & flyers
  • Send e-mailings
  • Organising internal & external events in Italy
  • Organise webinars
  • Manage the general enquiries inbox daily and forward on to the relevant countries
  • Any general requests/admin tasks

  • Marketing director Europe (based in France)
  • Local tutor (in Italy)
  • Other marketing managers in Europe & the US

External:

  • Digital communication agencies

Qualifications

  • Ideally, degree-educated with a marketing subject from a reputable university;
  • Ideally experience within a B2B environment. Different industries are welcome;
  • Familiar with CMS (Wordpress and/or Umbraco);
  • Knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Adobe suite is a real plus (InDesign or at least Canva);
  • Familiar with LinkedIn solutions;
  • Fluent in English (the resource will work in english);
  • Autonomous and thorough;
  • Confident and effective communicator with a keen eye for detail;
  • Creative and open-minded to incorporate new trends and ideas to marketing;
  • Fast learner with the ability to multi-task;
  • Positive and a can-do attitude with a sense of urgency and flexibility and prioritise various responsibilities as needed;
  • Result driven mindset;
  • Strong team player working with various teams (people of varied cultures and backgrounds).
