• Dispensing materials
• Handling hazardous materials with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
• Following and maintaining sterile environment procedures
• Ordering and maintaining material supplies
• Use of several software systems
• Coordinating and communicating with teams
• Maintain and order supplies
• Electronically file paperwork
• Regularly lift 50lb+
• Work can start as early as 6AM.

• Experience with aseptic technique
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team with internal and external clients, self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
• Proficiency in IT related skills such as Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint etc  
• Bachelor's degree in science (microbiology, biochemistry, cell biology, genetics, etc.), or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Overtime as needed.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Indianapolis, IN  are encouraged to apply.
