HR Generalist

In Evergrow S.A. we are looking for a Human Resources Generalist, on behalf of our client, a well established commercial company, operating in the jewels and gifts sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruiting for all positions including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and guiding candidates from application to offer and contract sign.
  • Provide a positive experience for candidates through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Design and implement effective internal policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, in order to ensure HR actions are aligned with business goals.
  • Design and maintain the company’s organizational and hierarchical structure, ensuring resources’ adequacy and processes’ optimization.
  • Promotes a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Propose and coordinate events and corporate social responsibility actions.
  • Manage external relationships with agencies, recruiting partners, universities.
  • Ensuring compliance with Greek employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Identification of training needs and organization of training activities.
  • Support the development and implementation of professional development plans for employees.
  • Design and report meaningful KPI’s, so as to effectively support management decision process.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of HR work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality, attention to detail and numerical literacy.
  • Excellent use of MS-Office applications.
  • Experience with ERP’s & HRMS programs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Team player, enthusiastic & positive personality.
