As a Customer Service Agent at Fever, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service, whether that's helping them out over the phone, via email, or through social media. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming queries and complaints, ensuring that all issues are resolved satisfactorily and efficiently. With your keen attention to detail and organizational skills, you’ll keep meticulous records and help streamline our communication procedures. The night shift runs from midnight to 8 am for five days a week, where you'll be part of a dynamic and hardworking team that values adaptability and open-mindedness. You’ll need a high level of Korean, alongside fluency in either Spanish or English, and previous experience in customer support will definitely set you apart.
