Fashion Marketing Manager (Fluent English)

Are you a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of performance marketing in the fashion industry? We're searching for an experienced Fashion Marketing Manager who can take our campaigns to the next level, leveraging all major platforms and third-party providers to drive traffic and achieve outstanding results.

Company: A retail company with a long-standing working relationship with two well-known brands: Pandora Jewelry and Steve Madden Footwear (three stores for each brand). We focus on selling luxury accessories from well-known world brands.

Team: Cozy team of over 100 passionate professionals, led by an incredible CEO with a background in Shopify development. You will work in a team with 2 other strong specialists, the CEO will be your direct manager.

Together We Will:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Utilize third-party providers such as Criterio and affiliate marketing to increase traffic and boost conversion rates.
  • Optimize ongoing campaigns to ensure the highest possible ROI, utilizing data to make informed decisions.
  • Explore new tools and platforms to continually refine our marketing strategy.
  • Create detailed reports on campaign performance and share insights with the team to continuously improve strategies.

What You Will Need:

  • Fluent written and spoken English to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a marketing agency or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in fashion marketing is a must.
  • Expertise across all key platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Instagram) and knowledge of third-party providers such as Criterio and affiliate networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing campaigns to maximize results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to independently manage campaign workflows.
  • Prior experience increasing traffic through diverse channels and tools.
