THE ROLE
FloSports is seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Integrated Partnerships to lead our advertising and sponsorship business. This executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, fostering key relationships, and scaling partnerships that align with our long-term vision to reshape the future of sports media. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience and a vast network within sports media, offering innovative partnership solutions that drive growth for the company and our brand partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and inspire a high-performing advertising sales team, establishing clear sales goals and driving performance to meet revenue targets. Foster a culture of excellence, mentorship, and growth.
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute integrated sales and partnership strategies to drive growth across both digital and traditional media platforms. Oversee the creation of innovative, high-impact campaigns.
Client & Partner Relationship Management:
Manage and grow relationships with high-profile clients, agencies, and brands. Negotiate and close large-scale sponsorships, ensuring long-term success and ROI for partners.
Revenue Growth & Business Development:
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, emerging trends, and innovative revenue streams within sports media. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive FloSports’ long-term revenue goals.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics:
Use data and analytics to track sales performance and optimize strategies. Ensure campaign measurement tools provide actionable insights for partners and internal stakeholders.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Proven leadership in sports media, advertising, or related industries, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth.
Extensive experience in building and nurturing high-value partnerships with brands, agencies, and media buyers.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
A vast network of decision-makers within the sports and media industries.
10+ years of experience in an executive leadership position, managing sales and partnerships.
