About the role:


As a vital member of our Clinical Education Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring strategic and tactical alignment with our programs, tools  and our registered dietitians, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within this community. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver impactful group and 1:1 training sessions for registered dietitians, enhancing their skills and knowledge on our products and services in order to improve clinical quality and engagement. We are seeking an individual who understands how to align client expectations and business needs with clinical best practices and provider autonomy and who brings a proactive approach to developing and improving meaningful relationships with our registered dietitian community.



You will:
  • Lead and conduct engaging group training sessions for registered dietitians during onboarding of new dietitians and also with longer term members of our network, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Education Team to develop and refine strategies for effective group training, focusing on delivering high-quality education and fostering collaboration among registered dietitians.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with registered dietitian thought leaders to support the sharing of expertise and experiences during training sessions.
  • Be a voice on the Clinical Education Team to ensure our products and services can be delivered while streamlining the provider and patient experience. 
  • Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of training sessions and proactively address any challenges or barriers.
  • Work closely with Community Managers to define and execute projects that contribute to the overall success of group training initiatives.


You are:
  • Proactive and act as an advocate for the professional development of registered dietitians.
  • Take pride in your work, approaching each training session with enthusiasm, excitement, and a commitment to delivering exceptional education.


You have:
  • Background as a Registered Dietitian (RD) preferred, or other healthcare specialty with a focus on training accepted
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, product, or client relations, preferably within the healthcare space, where you have led training sessions and built proactive education strategies.
  • Ability to understand and guide clinical discussions, with a focus on providing valuable training for registered dietitians.
  • Experience using data to guide value discussions and to evaluate the success of programming.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for healthcare.


$60,000 - $70,000 a year

Base Salary Range: $60,000/yr to $70,000/yr

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at our headquarters in San Francisco, California. Individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
