Customer Success Manager
Forerunner is looking for an energetic Customer Success Manager to join their team, advocating for partner communities and ensuring they get maximum value from Forerunner software.
Skills
- Experience in GovTech space, floodplain management or flood insurance, GIS/mapping, or project management for government clients
- Excellent communicator with empathy and attention to detail
- Comfortable with ambiguity and prioritizing work effectively
- 3+ years of professional experience meeting or exceeding goals
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer health by becoming a trusted advisor to partner communities
- Provide user communications and onboarding to ensure software utilization
- Support account expansion and drive business outcomes
- Evangelize success stories and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- Contribute to the development of CS policy and procedure
