Graphic Designer

  • Handle all design and implementation for print and digital projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects, effectively supporting commercial and technical teams.
  • Contribute to the creative direction, brand guidelines, best practices and standards.
  • Support the Marketing team with innovative design concepts and materials across both online and offline platforms.
  • Design and deliver Company-branded materials, including business stationery, invitations, internal and external presentations.
  • Regularly update, refresh, and maintain creative elements of the Company’s website, social media pages, to keep followers and audiences engaged.
  • Create original designs to simplify and effectively communicate complex telecom solutions adapting to the different verticals within the industry.
  • Present, defend designs and key milestone to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Research and evaluate user feedback whilst keeping abreast with the current Graphic design trends.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
  • Collaborate with several internal team members on layouts, web assets, wireframes, storyboards, and user flows as needed.
  • Any other additional ah-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the management.
  • Qualification in Graphic Design or Fine Arts, with two years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong graphic design portfolio.
  • Experience in UX/UI, especially in a B2B company will be considered an asset.
  • Working experience in digital and print design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe XD, CSS, HTML, and/or WordPress will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Fluency in Italian will be considered an asset.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
