Role Overview:
The VP of Digital Product & Optimization will own Freebird’s website strategy, building and leading a world-class team to drive continuous improvement. This is a strategic leadership role with direct influence on the company’s global growth trajectory, focusing on CRO, UX design, and operational excellence.

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy, aligning website goals with overall business objectives.
  • CRO Innovation: Oversee a high-impact testing and optimization program to improve conversion rates and user experience.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Advanced understanding of website analytics, event tracking, and performance reporting. Ability to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive key business decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep familiarity with Shopify and its ecosystem (e.g., ReCharge, app integrations), front-end development principles, technical SEO, and eCommerce platform operations.
