As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with the product team to develop and enhance features for our Restaurant Management System (RMS), focusing on delivering scalable and user-centric solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders to create seamless experiences for our customers. By leveraging a data-driven approach, you will ensure our solutions align with both customer needs and business goals.

What You Will Do

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to build and improve product features with a focus on usability and user experience (UX).
  • Create clear and actionable tickets in JIRA, ensuring they include all necessary details for successful implementation.
  • Write comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and other product documentation.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate product performance, identify improvement areas, and support decision-making.
  • Research and analyze customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive offerings to inform product development.
  • Support API-related discussions and basic technical documentation, assisting with integrations when needed.

What Are We Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or tech industries.
  • Proven experience working with mobile app development teams, including developers and designers.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and designing customer-centric solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and writing clear and actionable tickets.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics to guide product decisions.
  • Experience in the F&B domain is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
  • Exposure to APIs, technical documentation, and basic integration processes is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
