ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Talent Team is focused on partnering with every team at Freed to identity, attract, and close top talent.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team. This individual will recruit across departments ranging from engineering to marketing. Our Talent Team operates at a fast pace ensuring our business partners and candidates have a phenomenal experience.

HOW YOU’LL HAVE IMPACT:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across different departments within Freed, from kicking off new positions to closing candidates and supporting onboarding experience.

  • Be a strategic partner for hiring managers and leaders to identify talent and diverse gaps within their function.

  • Commit to providing the best candidate experience to all; providing regular check-ins, setting clear expectations and always communicating with empathy.

  • Build strong, diverse pipelines of quality talent through sourcing efforts, referrals and job boards

  • Maintain data integrity ensuring candidates are properly tracked and compliant in our ATS (Ashby)

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience (preferably some of which has been in high-growth environments)

  • A passion for providing best-in-class candidate experiences.

  • You know how to effectively prioritize but are also adaptable and flexible- you are excited to work in an environment that is constantly evolving.

  • You are an excellent communicator, regardless of channel (written & verbal) or group of people (both internal and externally).

  • You take initiative and are able to identify opportunities and issues, proactively coming up with ways to resolve them.

  • You are a creative thinker, you challenge yourself to come up with new ways to attract and close candidates.

  • You are data-oriented and understand how to asses pipeline health and time to close.
