Job summary:

FreedX is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage the full employee lifecycle within our global organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and access setup globally.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork, including employment contracts, and benefits enrolment is completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments (IT, facilities, etc.) to ensure that all necessary equipment and access are prepared for new hires.
  • Assist with HR reports, leave management, performance reviews, and training coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and ensure discipline and work efficiency in the Armenia office. 
  • Proven experience in HR support in global level. 
  • Experience working in international environment. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Armenia local labour laws and practices.
