City and state must be separated by a comma followed by a space (e.g., Houston, TX )We are searching for a Senior Web Strategist to join the corporate communications team at FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation.This individual will be responsible for leading web strategy for the Americas region corporate website and for providing brand governance and consultative support for Americas region subsidiaries and their microsites which span several industries including healthcare, life sciences, imaging and inket/graphics. As such, we’re seeking a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced shared services / in-house agency setting, who can manage multiple projects to meet the demands of a wide variety of businesses.The ideal candidate has a strong blend of technical and interpersonal skills as well as expertise in web strategy, UX/UI, digital marketing integration, analytics, and people management.This role requires collaborating with a variety of stakeholders across functions, including marketing and creative teams, to create and implement web strategies that support overall business objectives. This position will work closely with the department’s Senior Project and Process Manager to develop and implement project intake and project management processes. This position will also partner with IT to formalize the process for collaboration between the web and IT teams.The Senior Web Strategist will report to and work in partnership with the Director of Corporate Communications at FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation. At the time of hire, this individual will manage two web developers and will be expected to assess and advise on the need for additional resources within the web team. We will also look to this individual to bring strong agency / vendor referrals to the team.FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is the holding company for North American based Fujifilm companies operating in many states across the US, as well as in Canada, Brazil and Colombia and engaged in the research, development, manufacture, sale and service of Fujifilm products. The company serves a broad spectrum of industries in the U.S. including medical and life sciences, electronic, chemical, graphic arts, information systems, broadcast, and photography.External USResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of comprehensive web strategies aligned with goals of a large, global, matrixed organization.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape.User Experience (UX) Design:Collaborate with designers and developers to create user-centric websites that are intuitive, engaging, and optimized for performance.Identify creative opportunities to improve user experience within parameters and confines of an existing corporate website.Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve the web experience.Develop and oversee content strategies that enhance brand messaging and drive user engagement.Work with content creators to ensure consistency and quality across all digital platforms.Digital Marketing Integration:Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure web strategies align with digital marketing campaigns, SEO, SEM, and social media initiatives.Analyze and report on the performance of web marketing efforts and recommend improvements.Analytics and Performance Measurement:Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to measure website performance and user behavior.Prepare regular reports and presentations on web performance metrics for stakeholders outside of the web/digital function, such as marketing and leadership teams.Project Management:Lead cross-functional digital projects from concept through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.Mentor and guide team members, providing insights, feedback and support for their professional development.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with IT, design, and content teams to ensure seamless execution of web strategies.Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment of web initiatives with business objectives.Set KPIs and oversee and track analytics, metrics, dashboards and campaign reporting across channels and develop reporting metrics to provide insights and actionable recommendations to evolve strategy, drive results.Identify trends and bring new ideas that enhance future campaign performance and measurements, while collaborating with other departments and businesses.Required Skills/Experience5-7+ years’ experience in web management and digital marketing integrationBachelor's Degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or businessExpert level knowledge and experience in SEO/SEM and UX/UIExpert level knowledge and experience Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) complianceStrong development skills and experience with content management systems including WordPress, Drupal and moreExperience with responsive and web mobile optimization techniquesAbility to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Excellent analytical, verbal, written communication and presentation skillsSuperior organizational skills and high level of attention to detailDesired SkillsThe ideal candidate will have strong experience in shared services organizations or agenciesAbility to work Eastern time zone hoursSalary and Benefits:$100,000 - $110,000 depending on experienceLife Insurance401kPaid Time OffEEO/AGENCY NOTESFujifilm is an equal opportunity employer to all, regardless of age, ancestry, color, disability (mental and physical), exercising the right to family care and medical leave, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, military or veteran status, national origin, political affiliation, race, religious creed, sex (includes pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and related medical conditions), and sexual orientation, and any other status protected by federal, state, or local law.To all agencies: Please, no phone calls or emails to any employee of Fujifilm about this requisition.
