The Role
As a Senior Content & Social Marketing Executive within the Growth team, your primary focus will be leading organic social media and content initiatives to build brand awareness while managing key strategic partnerships. You will play a critical role in shaping our digital future by delivering engaging campaigns that resonate with audiences across traditional and digital channels. This includes a significant focus on creating and executing content strategies, managing organic social media channels, and developing partnerships for co-branded competitions and promotions.
Working closely with partners, creative teams, and digital specialists, you will take ownership of social media strategy and content creation, ensuring campaigns drive engagement and foster long-term brand loyalty.

What Excites Us
You have 3+ years' experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media and content creation
A proven track record of managing organic social media channels and driving brand engagement
Experience developing creative content ideas and executing them across various platforms, including video and written formats
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple campaigns and priorities
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with partners and stakeholders
Familiarity with partnership marketing, particularly around competitions and brand collaborations
A proactive approach and a passion for taking on new challenges with enthusiasm and creativity
Experience in creating co-branded content and managing influencer or ambassador relationships
