We are seeking a seasoned PR and Communications professional to take on the pivotal role of Head of Global PR and Communications. This position demands a visionary leader who can define and implement a cohesive global strategy, ensuring our agency’s continued leadership across UK, Europe and Middle East.   • Develop and articulate a global strategy that positions PRM as a leader in the PR industry. Ensure strategies are innovative and align with business objectives, delivering measurable results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across regions, fostering collaboration and excellence. Mentor and retain top talent while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Cultivate a resilient, adaptable, and collaborative culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients. Demonstrate expertise in pitching and securing large-scale accounts. Maintain exceptional client servicing standards.
  • Oversee diverse PR campaigns encompassing media relations, social media, and influencer partnerships. Drive impactful, creative campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Provide insights into key markets, particularly the UK, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai. Adapt strategies to cultural and market dynamics while navigating local media landscapes.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of various markets, including the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Europe, to effectively lead the PR and communications teams across these regions.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities to drive revenue growth and ensure financial health.

  • Proficiency in PR tools such as Meltwater and Cision; familiarity with AI and data-driven PR approaches is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic proficiency considered a significant asset.
