What You’ll Do:

  • Make Things Happen – Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls, texts, and emails to introduce and sell our unique membership packages all from the comfort of a modern office with the latest technology!
  • Be Consultative – Understand each customer’s needs and offer personalized solutions.
  • Close Deals – Turn conversations into sales with your natural charisma and customer service skills.
  • Maintain Excellence – Follow call protocols and deliver top-notch service.

  • Must be at least 18 years old. **
  • Must be willing and able to work in our Burnsville office. **
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a call center and/or inside sales environment is preferred. 
  • Sales-driven with a positive, resilient attitude!
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills!
  • You take pride in your work – and you show up 10 minutes early because you’re awesome like that.
  • You’ve got an incredible sense of humor that meshes with our fun-loving team.
  • Self-starter? Heck yes. No need for hand-holding here.
  • You give and receive feedback with grace – even when it stings. We’re all straight shooters!

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Training: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm for the first 3 weeks or longer.
  • Full-Time: Tuesday-Saturday, 10:30am-7pm.
