As a Physical Therapist in our skilled nursing facility, you will conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans. Your focus will be on providing therapy services that include therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and pain management. You’ll also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and educate residents and families on safety and home techniques.
