Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical examinations and conduct patient assessments
- Record and maintain comprehensive medical histories and symptom documentation
- Develop, implement, and adjust patient care plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Operate and monitor medical equipment as needed
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions
- Administer medications and manage treatment regimens
- Monitor patient progress and make modifications to treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care
