Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Licensure: Current New York State RN license.
  • Certifications:

    • Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RN, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in patient care coordination, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
