Position: Program Manager
Location: Gurugram / India / Remote

The Program Manager represents experienced, senior level project management professionals with experience coordinating and delivering complex technical products and solutions in their specific functional area.  The Program Manager closely collaborates with their Product Owner/Manager peers to own the delivery lifecycle of initiatives in their functional area.  They are the delivery arm of GroundTruth’s Product Organization, closely engaged with their Engineering peers and actively participating with oversight on scheduling, management of dependencies, and orchestration of cross-functional engineering teams to successfully launch new products and solutions. They are strong communicators, comfortable in technical conversations, and take ownership of decisions informed by constraints in time, scope, budget, and staffing resources. GroundTruth’s Program Managers are highly organized professionals who are adept at balancing deadlines without sacrificing quality.

You will:

  • Work in close partnership with your Product Owner and Engineering Lead peers to deliver complex technical products and solutions.
  • Own and orchestrate work breakdown, sequencing, task assignment, and scheduling of multiple work streams required for delivery of those initiatives;
  • Organize and maintain a calendar with dependencies to keep engineering teams unblocked and on schedule;
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to manage dependencies with other Product Managers  and Engineering teams;
  • Own detail-level design deliverables (in close partnership with our design team) to provide functional specs for development;
  • Take ownership of value engineering initiatives to deliver cost-conscious solutions.
  • Iterate on existing solutions to provide continued maintenance/monitoring of key products.
  • Manage customer beta periods and lead rollouts for successful delivery.

You have:

A Bachelors or Masters degree with 6+ years experience in leading product teams in the AdTech or Digital Marketing industry.  Advanced degree, PMP certification, or relevant experience in Project Management, Agile/Scrum, and/or Team Leadership are a plus.

  • 2+ years experience working in the digital advertising industry is plus.
  • Demonstrated positive business impact by delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • Successfully worked across multiple engineering teams to deliver cross-functional products and solutions.
  • Understanding of any work scheduling tool like Gantt Chart / JIRA / Smartsheet or any other tool.
  • Actively collaborated with business stakeholders to scope large-scale product deliveries.
