Role Overview


Bundle is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team! This key hire will work closely with our marketing team to drive the growth of our company. We're seeking candidates who are inspired by the opportunity to contribute to high-impact storytelling, build a growth marketing engine, are comfortable taking on responsibility for revenue growth, and share our team’s dedication in Bundle’s vision.  


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Execute inbound/outbound lead generation strategy for digital and traditional channels, including Organic & Paid Search, Paid Social, and retargeting efforts.
  • Use HubSpot to build drip and nurture campaigns, landing pages, forms, and engagement points for traffic you acquire.
  • Segment lists based on prospect profiles and behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
  • Collaborate with marketing team to improve on-page SEO and monitor technical SEO requirements.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns against defined KPIs and use closed-loop analysis to improve campaign performance continuously. Identify and invest in the most effective tactics and channels to generate prospects, including our website, social media, and paid and earned media.
  • Work with marketing and sales to ensure the leads flowing from our marketing automation software to CRM are correct and timely. Routinely assess process for optimal efficiency
  • Work with marketing and sales to ensure proper reports are generated to track leads and opportunities/deals.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to explore and test new growth marketing channels.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • 4-5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or tech demand generation
  • Proven track record of scaling market spends and driving profitable growth
  • Experience in management or supervisory positions
  • Start-up experience preferred
  • Expertise in leveraging HubSpot to generate, capture, nurture, track, and report on leads, conversions and ROI's
  • Experience with on page and technical SEO
  • Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing cost-effective online marketing campaigns with clear ROI-focused metrics
  • Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and problem solve
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong drive for results
