About the Position:
We are hiring for multiple positions specifically to support our technology teams! As a Recruiter, you will play a strategic role in attracting top-tier tech talent and managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our technology teams. This is an exciting opportunity to focus on a critical part of our business, collaborating directly with technical leaders, influencing hiring strategies, and driving the growth and success of Grupo QuintoAndar’s technology initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to implement best practices and ensure we continue to attract high-quality tech talent aligned with our technological needs, culture, and goals. Candidates for this position must have experience in recruiting for technology roles. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to scale efficiently and maintain excellence in our technology operations.
As a mid-level recruiter you will:
Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment to serve medium/high complexity tech departments, and for supporting the team with specific tasks with minimal supervision.
Handles medium to high complexity positions with extensive experience and the ability to attract, evaluate, and select qualified talent, as well as act as a strategic partner to managers in defining profiles and making decisions, ensuring compliance with policies, processes, and deadlines.
Identifies opportunities and implements process improvements.
Shares knowledge about the selection process at QuintoAndar with peers and stakeholders.
Acts as a reference point and focal point in the absence of leadership.
Influences decisions about organizational structure and personnel movements.
