Senior Marketing Manager, Executive Events and ABM

Your impact

Handshake is hiring a Sr. Marketing Manager, Executive Programs and ABM, reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Marketing. In this role you will develop and lead our program strategy focusing on executives and target accounts within our enterprise and customer sales segments. You’ll build playbooks that create memorable, engaging experiences and programming that lead to new business revenue and expansion opportunities at the world’s largest employers  – like Amazon, Disney, Nike, Procter & Gamble, the US Intelligence Agency, and more. 

You will have a keen sense of the engagement channels and tactics that will resonate for 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs and our executive audiences. You will think with both a short-term mindset to ensure high standards for upcoming execution while also setting the vision for and designing the right long-term strategy. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, results driven leader who can balance big-picture planning with tactical program management and has experience with field marketing, customer marketing, and integrated campaigns.  

Your role

  • In partnership with our Sales and customer-facing teams, develop and execute executive field marketing and 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs within our enterprise segment that drive target account engagement and contribute to quarterly and annual pipeline goals. 
  • Own building a hosted and third party event roadmap to drive awareness, engagement and conversion with executives across our target accounts 
    • Project manage content development for executive events, including agenda development, speaker recruitment, and program management. 
  • Work with customer marketing to identify executive champions/spokespeople and feature them in our events, thought leadership and ABM plays. 
  • Work with Marketing Operations to deploy ABM technology such as 6Sense, website personalization, Salesforce, Marketo and Outreach to create cohesive, integrated ABM campaigns and analyze their performance.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant channel KPIs with a focus on ABM and pipeline metrics

Your experience

  • 7+ years of demonstrated success managing field marketing and AMB  programs, of which 3+ years experience producing executive events and ABM strategies in a high-growth startup or scaled software company.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with a fast-paced Sales team in a highly cross functional organization 
  • Proven track record of driving from idea to desired outcome
  • Ability to leverage strategic vision to inform priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience presenting strategies and content to senior leadership with proven ability to influence. 
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, gifting platforms and ABM platforms like 6Sense or DemandBase. 

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
