Help us deliver insight-driven new products and highly impactful partnerships to grow the top brands in the Hasbro Gaming Portfolio focused on Clue as well as Preschool, Kids, Family and Adult gaming licensed collaborations.A day in the life as a Brand Manager:• Partner with cross-functional teams to uncover and develop new business opportunities• Drive product innovations with Design & Development teams to develop continuous pipeline of relevant product initiatives• Create, lead, brief and own all Product Management check points for multiple products• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and become the global consumer insights and competitive market segment specialist to contribute to insight-led product development• Lead line planning activities including P2M & HDM forecasting as well as system maintenance ensuring the integrity of that information throughout internal systems• Identify entertainment and licensed opportunities while serving as a key marketing contact for Licensors.• Lead account management for assigned licensed partners by delivering regular financial forecast reports and supporting licensor requests• Drive product marketing asset development and rollout with Franchise/Consumer Marketing, PR, Legal and Brand Writing teams as well as Licensors• Partner with regional marketing teams to understand business needs, retailer trends & challenges, identify growth opportunities, and provide guidance on local plans• Partner with AIM to brief and execute product research to support development and commercialization• Help deliver highly impactful presentations to internal team members, licensing partners and retail accounts• Provide timely and consistent communication of brand activity and key information to internal business and market partnersWhat You’ll Bring:• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced Consumer Products role specifally managing product.• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent• Experience in licensing preferred• Expertise in transforming strategy and vision into actionable plans• Business and financial acumen including strong data analytical skills• Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications• High attention to detail and driven nature to execute with excellence• Presentation skills: Capability to provide sophisticated information in a compelling way using story to persuade an audience.• A love of Games!• Creative, flexible & consumer-led mindset• A passion for entertainment and a finger on the pulse of today’s trends• Proactively seek out and listen to diverse points of view• Strong written and oral communication• A strong balance of Data and Creativity• A proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach, and an innate curiosity and eagerness to learn and problem-solve across the businessCompensation Range, Currency USD:• Starting Pay Range: $93,676• Pay Range End: $163,705.20Hasbro’s world-class brands and talented people are our greatest assets.
