The Opportunity
As VP of marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to take an incredible product and share it with the world. You’ll take on leading a small but mighty team that is eager to follow your guidance on how we can rapidly improve demand generation, brand recognition, and overall market penetration in order to engage and convert the world’s leading retail brands. You'll apply your tenured history in SaaS to build the right comprehensive strategy and team for Endear’s unique offering and ICP. With a focus on honing our top-of-funnel capabilities, you know how to draw attention to what makes us special. You’ll be deeply involved in our overall funnel dynamics and guide both forecast and budget based on executive leadership’s overall growth goals, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and measurable results.
The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, able to think big while executing on day-to-day priorities. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment, and have conviction around the power of marketing to make amazing products shine even brighter.
