Job Description

HBK is searching for a well-rounded, collaborative, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our energetic and collaborative Investor Relations team in Dallas. This team is responsible for building and managing the relationships with HBK’s investors, which include public pensions, endowments and other institutional investors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Takes initiative to anticipate needs, follow up, and ensure all aspects of a task are completed without letting anything slip through the cracks
• Professional presence with strong energy, enthusiasm, and maturity
• Excellent communication skills with a relationship-building mindset
• Confident, articulate, and comfortable interacting one-on-one with senior leaders and intermediaries
• High degree of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail and quality
• Self-directed, proactive problem solver with intellectual curiosity and a “can do” attitude
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize competing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
