As our Head of Benefits, you will own our full benefits strategy and roll-up your sleeves to execute the vision. You are the face and magic of benefits for Gusties. By actively collaborating with our broader People Team and leadership team, you'll bring to life a long-lasting employee benefits program that will help us attract and retain talent in today's competitive landscape. Your work and leadership will help make Gusto a fulfilling place to work where Gusties can grow and do the best work of their lives.
This role sits within the Total Rewards team. We’re the engine behind many of our people programs, the thread that helps keep us humming and thriving. We strive to work cross-functionally to deliver programs that both delight and scale. We’re not afraid to roll-up our sleeves and have fun while we’re doing so. We live to serve, and we do it in style.
The position is full-time and based in either San Francisco or Denver.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $133,000 - $164,000/year in Denver, and $156,000 - $193,000 for San Francisco. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
