Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include designing custom data-driven solutions, enhancing SQL Server environments, and producing insightful reports to support decision-making in supply chain operations.
Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL Server, ETL (SSIS), and experience with data integration tools and methodologies are essential.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supply chain organization focused on process improvement are required. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and various data analytics tools.

What you’ll do
The Business Data Analyst must collaborate with business process owners to understand business processes, uncover challenges and opportunities, architect solutions, develop specifications, and implement appropriate, detailed business technology solutions (e.g. modified business processes, automations, new applications, leveraging existing/new technologies, analytics, etc.) that are both scalable and sustainable. These solutions could involve using existing enterprise systems (SAP/Salesforce) more effectively, extending existing systems (changing configurations/implementing new core capabilities/custom functionality), or developing and integrating alternative solutions. Success will be measured by improvements in supply chain business results.
