Through a robust network of resources, you will be amongst some of the industry’s top talent to help guide and support our customer’s needs and provide them with innovative solutions.The Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager provides administrative and clerical support to the Commercial Channel through assisting the team in providing quality customer service.In this role, you will:Transmit correspondence to insured and carriers Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms to clients and clients’ representatives upon request Handle all client inquiries generated from calls in a call center environmentProcess lost policy release forms.Process endorsement requests and secure pricing from carrier if neededManage account documentation including ERM 14 forms; send documentation to insured and follow up to ensure it was received and submitted to the carrierMaintain follow-up system with insurance carriers to ensure requests are processed timelyFurnish underwriters with additional information as requestedPursue a program for personal and professional developmentPerform other specific duties and projects as assigned by managementProvide sales support when the sales assistant is out of the office; this includes providing quotations and entering policy information into EPIC Daily management the agency interface system (download) and ensure all transactions are matched so revenue is recorded accurately by month endWhat you offer us:1-2 years commercial insurance account management experience requiredIllinois property/casualty license or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire dateWell organized with an aptitude for detailsStrong written and oral communication skillsUnderstand and analyze insurance coverages, forms, and policiesWork normally scheduled hours and additional time as needed Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office required and EPIC preferredWhat we offer you:A rewarding job that helps local businesses in the communityMedical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k matching program, Health Savings Account funding, and voluntary insurance optionsGenerous time-off policies (vacation + Personal/Sick/Floating Holidays)A work/life balance because that is important for all of usLearn from the expertise of your coworkersGrowth- HUB is growing, and so can your careerBe part of a motivated teamAttention to all recruitment agencies: HUB International does not accept agency resumes.
