Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates

Job Role: SEO Marketing Manager

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary range: 1,500 - 2,000 AUD/month

Setup: Full-time, permanent remote job, Independent Contractor Agreement

Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

The success of the company has largely come from word of mouth, a testament to the work that we do, the level of service we provide and the relationships we establish with our clients. Because client satisfaction is the most important goal for us, we provide free onsite consultations, ensure lifetime guarantees for all our projects and will always provide the best solution based on what our clients need.

Role Overview: We’re looking for an SEO Marketing Manager to help us grow our online presence, drive organic traffic, and improve our search rankings—especially through link building, which is our top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Link Building & Outreach – Secure high-quality backlinks through guest posting, outreach, and leveraging private networks.
  • SEO Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Content & Keyword Optimization – Work with content creators to optimize on-page SEO, including metadata, internal linking, and keyword placement.
  • Technical SEO – Identify and fix site issues, improve page speed, and ensure SEO best practices.
  • Performance Tracking – Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software to track performance and adjust strategies.
  • Proven experience in link building (guest post outreach, private network access, or other effective methods).
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
  • Ability to strategize and execute campaigns independently.
  • Bonus: Experience in the gardening, landscaping, or home improvement niche.
