Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague, who would join the HR team and help us take care of our people, where you’ll be responsible for administration of work relations. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Administrating documentation, related to the recruitment of expatriates.
  • Ensuring smooth procedures of hiring and support of personnel for the area of renewable energy (managing documentation, communication with future and new employees, etc.).
  • Participating in the implementation of the HR system LT/PL/LV.
  • Working with HR documents in English on the daily basis.
  • Administrating changes related to organizational structure that are necessary to achieve or implement the strategy.
  • Integrating People processes, tools and projects in alignment with Company and Group strategies and business needs.
  • Ensuring business strategy of renewable energy personnel by engaging with and assisting managers.
  • Developing organizational culture.

Qualifications

  • University degree (business, law or HR).
  • 1+ year of experience working within human resources for large organizations.
  • Knowledge of foreign administration and migration procedures.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Analytic and result-oriented mindset, critical thinking, and creativity.
  • Attributes of high emotional intelligence – ability to solve emotion-related issues and apply correct measures and solutions.
  • Experience in a rapidly developing environment.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
