Location: Sunnyvale, California (Hybrid, In-Office 3 Days of week)

Your Impact: 

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to elicit, conceptualize, develop, interpret, and analyze requirements, aligning business process efficiencies and enhancements with system functionality, while ensuring accurate information flows across the CRM architecture to analytics platform for executive reporting.
  • Develop solutions within Salesforce and CPQ, including both declarative and custom development. (QCP Scripting, Product Configuration, Price Rules, Discount Structure, Multi-Dimension Quoting, Quote Template maintenance, Flow, Apex/Visualforce/Lightning Framework).
  • Conduct verification and regression testing of new and existing functionality prior to releasing to end users.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance the Lead to Order process utilizing Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, AdobeSign, Conga, and integrated applications within Salesforce landscape.
  • Implement process improvements and automation per Salesforce best practices, to optimize and support business operations.
  • Create and update the documentation to assist with maintaining and triaging newly developed applications and integrations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of CPQ system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the CPQ system. Additionally, collaborate with the internal Salesforce team to share knowledge about the Salesforce CPQ build, fostering an environment of cross-pollination and continuous learning.

 

Your Toolkit:

  • 5+ years overall Salesforce experience.
  • 2+ years of strong hands-on CPQ development experience.
  • Proven ability to successfully translate technical requirements into independent features for development.
  • Proven ability to use both declarative and code solutions in Salesforce and choose the best solution for a given requirement.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • Working experience with Sales and Customer Success operations, process and methodologies.
  • Proven collaborator, working successfully and building relationships across various teams including Sales, Sales Operations, Order Fulfillment, and Billing.
  • Self-starter and reliable team player with ability to deliver projects on-time.
  • Strong ability to thrive in a high-intensity, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
  • Please note - This is a CPQ specialist position, and we are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in CPQ with Salesforce. We are not seeking individuals with only Salesforce Admin or Developer experience.

 

Compensation:

$158,000 USD - $190,00 USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
