We’re growing fast and looking for a Marketing Content Manager to help fuel our brand awareness, demand generation, and customer success efforts through high-quality, strategic content.

What You’ll Do

As the Marketing Content Manager, you’ll be the voice behind Imagine.io’s brand. You will plan, create, and manage content across a variety of formats—from blog posts and case studies to product launch materials and email campaigns. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to tell stories that educate, inspire, and convert.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the content calendar and manage end-to-end content creation across blog, email, social, website, paid, and partner channels
  • Write and edit compelling, high-quality content for all stages of the funnel—top to bottom
  • Develop messaging frameworks, positioning documents, and brand voice consistency guidelines
  • Collaborate with product marketing to launch new features with engaging product content
  • Support sales enablement with pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and thought leadership
  • Optimize content for SEO and performance analytics, regularly reviewing metrics to improve strategy
  • Source and manage freelance writers or agencies as needed
  • Stay on top of SaaS, 3D visualization, eCommerce, and marketing tech trends to inform content

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of content marketing experience, preferably at a SaaS or technology company
  • A portfolio of content that demonstrates storytelling ability across formats and platforms
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and creative teams
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO best practices, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using AI or creative tools is a plus
  • Bonus: Familiarity with 3D visualization, eCommerce, or AR/VR space
