Instructure is seeking a Sr. Manager for GTM Systems to lead a team of analysts and optimize revenue systems such as Salesforce and Marketo, driving customer success and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities: Lead a team, define and execute GTM systems roadmap, optimize core GTM systems, manage vendor selection and contracts, evaluate new technologies for improvement.
Skills: 5+ years in revenue operations, expertise in Salesforce and marketing automation systems, strategic problem solving, excellent communication and leadership skills.
Qualifications: Experience in a people manager role preferred, proven track record in managing revenue technology stacks, and ability to execute long-term system architectures.
Location: US-Remote
Compensation: $120000 - $140000 / Annually
