We’re looking for a proactive UI/UX Designer (Junior to Middle level) to join our product design team and contribute to building digital tools used in real-world environments — from mobile apps to complex management systems.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to turn complex workflows into clean, user-friendly interfaces. This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn, solve real user problems, and grow their impact fast.

  • 1+ year of experience in UI/UX design
  • Figma proficiency — confident with components, auto-layout, prototyping, and handoff
  • UX thinking — ability to structure flows, simplify complex processes, and design with the user in mind
  • UI design fundamentals — strong grasp of layout, hierarchy, spacing, typography, and consistency
  • Mobile & web app design — experience creating responsive interfaces beyond just websites
  • Attention to detail — pixel precision, clean files, and thoughtful design choices
  • Communication skills — ability to present design decisions clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Design user-centric interfaces for mobile and web applications
  • Translate product requirements and workflows into clear, intuitive user flows and wireframes
  • Create high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to bring ideas to life
  • Participate in UX workshops, feedback sessions, and design reviews
  • Iterate on designs based on team feedback, user testing, and data insights
  • Support in maintaining and evolving the internal design system and component libraries
  • Ensure designs are technically feasible and ready for development handoff
  • Contribute to a clean, organized Figma workspace and documentation
