Your efforts will enhance SERVPRO's brand awareness and capabilities throughout the insurance industry, ultimately driving increased call volume and revenue for our franchise network.Major Duties and Responsibilities• Regional Marketing:• Establish relationships with client field claims personnel and foster partnerships with Trainers and Franchise owners.• Implement tactical marketing programs effectively.• Craft and distribute approved marketing materials and talking points.• Support National Accounts Managers with strategic communication content.• Program Management:• Drive growth in total gross revenues and call center referrals.• Manage quality contracts and bulletins to ensure return on investment.• Work to exceed client expectations through excellent franchise performance.• Analyze program performance using the Claims Information Center and other reporting tools.• Act as a liaison to SERVPRO stakeholders, ensuring effective resolution strategies are in place for elevated issues.• Communication Management:• Ensure all communications related to key accounts are professional and provide excellent customer service.• Issue/Claim Resolution Management• Personal Growth: Continuous self-improvement is crucial for success in this role. Regularly enhance your knowledge and skills to improve performance.• Convention Support: Contribute actively at the company’s National Convention, taking on specific roles to enrich our Franchise community. Responsibilities will be assigned accordingly.Required Qualifications• Proficient in English with strong communication skills for effective interaction with employees, clients, and suppliers.• Minimum of five (5) years of successful sales experience, preferably within the insurance sector.• Experience with automated reporting tools like Microsoft CRM.• Proficient in developing and utilizing automated reporting tools.• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.• Solid understanding of Microsoft software applications.• Ability to establish and monitor key performance metrics.• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.• Willingness to travel, up to 50% as business needs dictate.About SERVPROFor over 50 years, SERVPRO® has been a leading name in fire and water cleanup and restoration, mold mitigation, construction, and biohazard remediation across the U.S. and Canada.
