Job Description

As a Merchandise Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop the Merchandise and Operations team to achieve high merchandising standards, ensuring that sales targets combined with efficient Back of House inventory activities are maximised, including:

  • Leading the execution and maintenance of merchandise and promotional campaigns throughout the store
  • Team building and development, ensuring that the Operations and Merchandise teams are trained as per their role requirements and are efficient in all processes and systems
  • Demonstrating, leading and coaching a high level of customer care conduct
  • Driving sales and budgeting while maintaining stock integrity through compliance to loss prevention procedures

  • Proactive in optimising work processes by creating the most effective and efficient processes to get things done
