We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join a growing team focused on expanding B2B sales of LED lighting and solar solutions in the U.S. market. This remote role requires a professional with a strong background in non-IT product sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals. Accountabilities:

  • Generate leads and build a pipeline through outbound cold calling and email outreach
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals with U.S.-based clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, and end-users
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and opportunities using CRM software
  • Present product solutions clearly and effectively based on client needs
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deal terms with key decision-makers
  • Provide post-sale support and follow-ups to encourage customer retention and repeat business

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in non-IT B2B product sales (preferably in lighting, industrial, or solar sectors)
  • Proven success selling to the U.S. market and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Strong cold-calling skills and ability to manage client objections
  • Willingness and ability to work during U.S. time zones (EST/PST)
  • Self-driven with a high level of independence and motivation
