This is a hybrid opportunity in Riverside, RI.

About this position
We are seeking a proactive Business Support Specialist to support various operational activities, including drafting communications, analyzing reports, and ensuring loan review quality control. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Draft communications and create presentations.
  • Analyze reports to support business operations.
  • Ensure loan review accuracy by comparing legal documents to source systems.
  • Manage Outlook mailbox and ensure proof of insurance is up to date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, legal counsel, and clients.
  • Assist with operational risk management activities.

Skills/Requirements

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to make 15-20 weekly calls to insurance agencies.
