Description du poste

En tant que Account Executive au sein du département Sales de JobTeaser, tu auras la responsabilité de prospecter et d’engager des nouveaux clients, sur le Scope France et Europe ! Pour mener à bien cette mission, tu devras déployer ton talent de commercial et de négociateur pour :

  • Prospecter et engager de nouveaux clients en adoptant une approche personnalisée : des grands comptes, incluant des entreprises du CAC40, SBF120 et des groupes internationaux.
  • Échanger avec des interlocuteurs clés pour JobTeaser : DRH, Campus Managers, TAM ou Responsables marque employeur.
  • Conduire le cycle de vente complet, de la prise de contact au closing, en passant par la présentation de nos solutions, la négociation et la rédaction de propositions commerciales.
  • Réaliser des rendez-vous physiques et participer à des événements professionnels pour t’aider à identifier de nouvelles opportunités.
  • Devenir un expert du recrutement de la Gen Z afin d'accompagner au mieux tes interlocuteurs dans leurs enjeux auprès des jeunes talents !

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • Diplômé(e) en école de commerce / ingénieur ou université Bac+3-5
  • Entre 3 et 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de cycles de vente complets
  • Tu parles couramment le français et tu es capable de vendre en anglais
  • Tu es combatif, endurant, et orienté résultat : tu souhaites t’engager dans une expérience unique au sein d’une scale up et tu as suffisamment d’énergie pour atteindre, voire dépasser tes objectifs
  • Tu as de grandes capacités relationnelles, tu sais faire preuve d’empathie et être force de conviction : indispensable pour créer du lien et engager les clients
  • Tu es doté d’un esprit entrepreneurial, tu sais faire preuve d’autonomie et être force de proposition
  • Et pour finir, tu es fun et sympa, et tu as envie de rejoindre une équipe au top !
