Kiddom is seeking a dedicated Legal Counsel to support its educational platform by managing legal matters, drafting agreements, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with various departments and influence key legal strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing agreements, supporting negotiations, ensuring compliance with laws, assessing risks, and improving legal processes.
Skills: Strong communication skills, negotiation expertise, experience with corporate governance, and a deep understanding of commercial agreements are essential.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience in legal matters across corporate reporting, sales organizations, and the ability to present complex legal concepts to various stakeholders.
Location: Remote or based in San Francisco or New York, with some roles requiring office attendance.
Compensation: $160000 - $200000 / Annually

As Kiddom’s first dedicated legal counsel, you will use your deep understanding of legal contracts and organizational partnerships to support and protect our rapidly growing business. $160,000 - $200,000 a year
Salary range is dependent on geography, past experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
