Associate Trust & Safety Investigator - Legal Support
Cloudflare is looking for a detail-oriented team member to join the Trust and Safety Legal Support Team. The ideal candidate will assist in addressing legal requests seeking customer information and perform account reviews to combat abuse in line with Cloudflare's Terms of Service.

- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous matters
Responsibilities
- Help administer efficient and compliant handling of legal requests
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure policies are carried out
- Deal with sensitive content and emotionally charged escalations
- Participate in a rotating weekend coverage duty
Education
- Working knowledge of DNS and how the Internet works
- 1-3 years of legal support experience processing requests
