We believe in fostering a supportive environment—expect to receive both formal training and hands-on mentorship to help grow your engineering skills and career. To thrive in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution and an Engineer-In-Training certification (or the ability to secure it within a year). Familiarity with tools like HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and ESRI ArcGIS will put you ahead of the curve.
